Only donations can be granted a charitable tax receipt, and donations are defined as gifts where the donor receives no recognition or benefit for the gift. Sponsorship opportunities can, however, be claimed as a marketing or advertising expense for your company. Please sign to indicate that you have been informed of this CRA regulation. Upon completion of the event, invoices will be issued as per the above agreement.
